As a technician at Guardian Heating & Cooling, my day starts bright and early. By 6:30 AM, I’m up and preparing for a busy day of keeping Chicagoland comfortable. After a quick breakfast and coffee, I’m out the door by 7:15 AM, ready to tackle whatever HVAC challenges await.

My first call of the day takes me to a residential area in Northbrook, IL. A family’s air conditioning unit has been acting up, and with summer temperatures on the rise, it’s crucial to get it fixed promptly. I arrive at 8:00 AM and spend the next couple of hours diagnosing and repairing their system. By 10:30 AM, cool air is flowing once again, and I’m off to my next appointment.
Midday in Lincoln Park: HVAC Installation
The late morning and early afternoon are dedicated to a new HVAC system installation in Lincoln Park. Working alongside a colleague, we efficiently remove the old unit and install a state-of-the-art system that will keep this home comfortable year-round.
