Worcester Gas Fire Condensing Boiler installation, Location: Rathfarnam, Dublin
In Rathfarnham we have recently supplied and fitted a Worcester Gas Fire Condensing Boiler and connected it up to the old Heating System, this involved taking out an old boiler and flushing out the old heating system, fitting a Magna Clean Filter, supplying and fitting the electrics and Timer Clock, we added Fernox anti-corosion liquid to the system to improve the cirulation and also changed the Gas Line.
This whole process took a day and a half labour and vastly improved the heat output, made a huge difference to the consumption therefore lowering your gas bills.

Bathroom Refit, Location:South Dublin
On the south side of Dublin we have stripped out a full bathroom suite, relined all the walls and floors, Insulated boards for the exterior walls, Fitted new Medley Bathroom Suite which includes Vanity Basin and Taps, 1700 x 700 Bath and Tap Mixer, Tiled Shower Unit complete with Ideal Standard shower, Sliding Bar and 800 x 900 Tray and Shower Pivot Door and Close/Couple Pan and Cistern, Chrome Towel Rail 1200 x 600, All Bathroom fully tiled.

New Heating System, Location:Blackrock and Ballsbridge
1st Fixed Complete House which involved supplying and fitting 15 radiators, installed a Worcester Gas Boiler 300 L Doule Cylinder and provisions for solar. Fit only 2 no. Complete Bathroom Suites which were supplied by the builder. Piped with multi layer pipe which was insulated and manifolds, with no joints underneath ground floor. Storage Tank in the attic and soil stacks outside ready for 2nd Fixing in January. Pressure tested to 5 bar which was left for 48 hours.
